さて、今回も新しく有能な人材が弊社に応募してくれました。
第5弾となる子は、今回も中途採用面接でお越し頂いたH籐(25歳)さん。

前職では福祉関係の仕事だったようで、若くして役職にも就いていた優秀な人材です。
人助けをする素晴らしい職をしていた為か、人当たりの良さや包容力などがズバ抜けて優れています。

ですがこの業界は未経験、スキルや知識面に関しては少し不足しているように感じます。
熱意は十分伝わってくるのですが、、、

不採用にするには惜しいですが、嘘偽りなくその旨を伝えます。
意気消沈した表情に情が湧いてきます。

ここでいつもの助け舟を。

「今のままでは厳しいですが今から出す条件をクリアする事が出来れば。」

まずはその条件を提示し様子を伺います。
少し動揺した表情から一変して覚悟を決めたのか静かに頷きます。

これも採用担当部長の私の役目、相手の本質を見抜く必要がありますから。

ですが、その予想を遥に上回ってきましたよこの子。
元々顔立ちが良くスラっとしたスタイルでしたので、もしやとは思っていましたがこれ程とは。

真っ白なきめ細かな肌に、鮮麗されたプロポーション。

素晴らしい物をお持ちのようでした。
ですが、今回はこのままでは終わりません。
もっと彼女の熱意を感る必要がある為、自らのアソコを広げてもらいました。広げられた分をやる気とみなしますよ。と

恥も外聞も捨て、どんどんと広げてくれました。
私もらしくなかったんですが、もっと彼女が知りたいという感情に駆られ、自然と手が伸びてしまい彼女の秘部をしっかりと目に焼き付ける事が出来ました。

ここまでの熱意を見せらるとは感服です。

彼女とのこれからが楽しみになりました。
